The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
(satellite toolkit) I want to create a report in earth centered inertial coordinates (J2000)(that's exactly how it's worded, I'm using these points as inputs into another program and that's what it calls for), I would create a new report, go to Points Choose Center, select the components of its position/velocity I want, and when I create the report select earth, then...inertial or J2000?
Would it make a huge difference? I'm not exactly sure what's meant by J2000 in this context.
For another case of needing to generate it in heliocentric ecliptic coordinates (J2000), I understand that, you're using the ecliptic plane from 2000 as your reference plane, and when you select sun I can pick true or mean ecliptic from 2000, which will differ from the ecliptic plane in other time periods because gravity is annoying and stuff
