Burning, Copying DVDs

So I want to copy a bunch of DVDs. Where I work there is a tower with a bunch of DVD burners and a DVD player that I'm assuming it copies from. I'm going to use that.

But I want the DVD to look nice. I was thinking a label or something of the sort. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to go about this?

What about a simple menu in Adobe Premiere? Quick replies appreciated!

Is this a DVD someone someone bought or rented, because if so we can't really help. If not, there are tons of programs out there online or in stores for making DVD labels. I could walk into any walmart or computer store and point out a dozen for that purpose. On the other hand, I have a program that I use called Ulead DVD Movie Factory for making simple DVD menu's, but it's rather pricy (although it does a nice job).
