I am planning on building a new computer and a high priority is low sound (my current computer constantly sounds like a jet). Does anybody have a suggestion for a sound reducing case? I don't know if it is feasible, but I would like to stay in the $100-150 range. Thanks for any advice.
Antec SOLO, p150, p18x are pretty highly recommended in the Silent PC circles. Good reading for silencing a rig at SilentPCReview. They have recommendations for everything from cases to heatsinks and power supplies. Pretty handy site. Just beware some of the silent nuts who value silence over performance. They can be somewhat ... 'uncompromising'. :P
Honestly, any case with 2 120mm fans for intake/exhaust is going to be quiet enough. The best way to shut it up is with watercooling and passive heatsinks.

Remember, small fans = NOISE
