Alright, I beat it, and am now hunting down those pieces of concept art. I need three more. They are in a layout like this:
Personally, I am missing 3, 7, and 6. Any ideas where I can find em?

To add to the above there are two paintings that give collectibles in Anne's place one above the window and one to the left of the window.
Pelican Bay there is one in the anvil on the east side. Check all the posters too. There are none by Octo-waldo.
