It's about the first first mate of the titanic who carries 97 1/2 feet of hemp rope on board. He gets the captain stoned while the passengers are trading diamonds and swapping wifes. The captain reads some marvel comic books before deciding to move an ice burg with the ship.
It's a funny song I heard once like 15 or more years ago and it can't find out who wrote or what the name is.
