I'm stuck in the carnival area, I cant recall the name, I can't find the switch to turn on the fortune teller, and I cant get past the evil smoke wall. How do I find it? If I have to give that guy the meat for it I'm lost for that as well. Thanks for any help.

The fortune teller doesn't need a switch, you just need tokens to get her fortunes.
