PSP Homebrew Applications

Hey guys, I just now got my PSP where I want it to be and was wondering what are some of the better homebrew applications out there. Anything at all that you find useful or fun for your psp. I have found some on my own but was just wondering what are some of everyone's favorites.

Also any good homebrew game recommendations would be appreciated as well.
Oh, and does anyone use a shell replacement that they are really happy with. I tried IRshell but don't know if I like it yet.

    Cave Story.

    Duke3D with the shareware .GRP

Honestly, a simple Google search yielded plenty of results. Here's the full list at PSPbrew:

Yeah, I know just looking around finds plenty. I know of a few sites with thousands of apps to download. I'm just trying to weed through the garbage quicker and find out what some other peoples favorite's are.

Huh. Should've expected this, but I never noticed that Nethack had been ported to the PSP. It is the classic dungeon crawler, download it.

I'm digging through potential general apps right now. What looks decent is this guy which lets you use custom themes, and FreeRadio for server-free Internet radio. It also looks like there's a version of SongBird for the PSP's web browser. Bear in mind that my PSP isn't downgraded so I can't test any of these. If they touch any system files, run 'em at your own risk.

Thanks, I appreciate the efforts! I might have to give songbird a try, seeing as I can't stand the way songs are handled normally on the PSP.

I've stumbled upon the motherload. I ought to bookmark this thread for when I finally pick up the stupidly-overpriced Lumines so I can get in on this stuff.

    Tetris!

    Doom with shareware WAD

Quake (with support for PalmOne IR keyboards holy shit)

    Wolfenstein 3D

    Breakout

Heh, for some reason I wasn't aware that Doom and Quake and the like was available for homebrew on PSP. I thought this especially odd since I have those on my DS. The more you know.
