Wii Repair for Canadians?

I'm in the US, but have a question for Canadian Wii owners that have had their Wii's repaired.
When you go though the repair process, do you call the US number? Do they give you a website like http://www.nintendo.com/cpp/orders/lookupSupportOrder.do to check your order status?
If so can you let me know? I'm wondering something and need to confirm this. Thanks.
EDIT: Also, does your repair number start with a 9 or a 6?
