I need help finding collectible #11. I've tried searching everywhere, but can't find it. Also I seem to be missing 50 spare parts in Pelican bay. I've searched everywhere for that as well and couldn't find them. I got the briefcase (?) near the flying pricks game already and the seagull past the gate of silence.

Travel case in Zudora Area {}
Seagull past Zudora {}
Lunch Box in second area (North-West of "It's Like Fudge"{}
Green Shoe before the Gate of Silence {}
Seagull by the second Anchor to the right {}

...anything there help?

edit: oh yeah, the art. Here are the three artworks in Pelican Bay:

11 Red Poster, behind Zudora, by the red/black area in Pelican bay
12 The second anchor to the left in Pelican bay
