Fixing my posture...

I've noticed lately that my posture (the way I sit or stand or carry myself when I walk) has suffered over the past few months and years. I seem to hunch over a lot. The other day looking myself in the mirror I didn't like the way my posture looks at all. This is probably becuase of my work where I'm constantly sitting down and staring at a computer screen.

I want to fix this. When I suck in my stomach and put my shoulders back the problem seems to go away. Apart from forcing myself to constantly have my stomach in, are there any muscle groups I can work on? Situps, I'd imagine. Any advice?

This, with the former being the most important. They will also prevent the back issues that tend to crop up amongst sedentary types with a desk job.
