So, after following the Fitness Thread, i stopped drinking coke and started eating healthier (not 100%, but dropped fast food, pizzas, doritos, chocolates, etc).
The thing is, now i have these really weird and loud stomach noises all day. Sounds like gas, but internally. Before the change of diet, i had these once in a while, but not so constantly and not so loud. As you might have guessed, this is really embarasing, specially since it sounds like farting.
I'm drinking water most of the time, and sometimes juice or ice tea (so no carborated drinks). I'm trying to stay way form fried stuff. Most mornings, i have corn flakes with desalactose milk, tukey breast cuts, bread; things like that. These happends in the morning and in the afternoon, so it's not specifically tied to breakfast or lunch. Please consider that i used to have breakfast with a coke, then a coke at 9:00 - 10:00AM, then another one with lunch, etc. I used to drink massive amounts of soda and not have this problem.
Any suggestions?
