I saw a short clip of a weird movie (possibly a TV show?) and have never known the title or plot or anything else about it.
The 2 minute clip I saw was hilarious. It was some guy in a ballet. He was I think suspended on wires, and when he bounced off stage he was grabed and a largish balloon (I think) was put down the front of his dance skins (or tights or whatever). He was then shoved back on stage to continue.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
I wish I knew more about the movie =/
edit: also, it would have been made before 1999 (as I saw it in 1997 or 1998)
edit again: it isn't Top Secret, though I recommend that movie to everyone.
There's some old 80s movie about a kid who lives near a lake. I think he often goes down to the lake, maybe at night, and hears weird rumbling noises and perhaps sees things moving in the lake, he thinks it's a monster or something. It ends up being a
crane, I think, that somehow still operates, and rises up from the water, all covered with seaweed.
It wasn't a good movie, but I'd like to remember what it was.

I think it was called Lake Kid.
No, I have no idea. But it sounds awesome. Awesome to the max. It's not that Howie Mandel monster movie thing is it?

BTW, this is a great screwball comedy movie...it's a homage to the old Marx brothers films, and John Turturro is brilliant.
Awesome, thanks.
Edit: Well damn, Netflix doesn't have it.
