This is very important and concerns us all.
First and foremost, you always (always) eat your kiwi fruit with a spoon. If you don't then you are doing this wrong and you should put the fruit down right now you have no place here. You cut the kiwi in half and work on one half at a time. Now comes the hard part. There are two pieces to tackle here: green and white. The white contains a subtle sweet flavor and a nice soft texture. The green is strong and overpowering and delicious. You must always separate the two as to not muddy the flavor. With your spoon, you carefully eat and enjoy the white first. Afterwards you are free to devour the green. This leaves you with a neat little hairy skin bowl. Dispose of this as you see fit. DO NOT EAT IT. This is the proper method for consuming a kiwi.
