The Book of Phallos
"...and in those days the Empress sent out a decree that all the world should be taxed, and that Her Will might be done there was made a book to be passed from one hand unto another hand that all the great multitudes should be counted. Three there were sent forth from the Holy Temple in the Name of Phallos, to do Her Will and protect The Book, and carry out the Laws: SILMARIL THE ELDER, ISKANDER THE MYSTERIOUS, and IAMNOTABEAR THE SHIT-CARRIER.
The Laws of The Book of Phallos are Four.
The Law of One:
And the Empress did decree that each One should be given unto them but One Page of The Book, and that their mark should be made clear that the Empress would know each One by their mark. One mark also they should make in honor of Phallos, and thereby do him homage. Any One who took upon themself to take more than the One Page or besmirch the One Page of another would be given up to the Tube, having betrayed Phallos, who sees all things.
(Each person gets one side of one page. YOU MUST INCLUDE BOTH YOUR FORUM HANDLE AND A DONGER ON YOUR PAGE. You are free to be creative with both of these inclusions, but they MUST be in your submission *somewhere*. If you don't we'll basically just be disappointed, really. The back of the page will be left blank to allow things to be read clearly. If you are going to use markers or shit that might bleed, please take care to ensure that you do not mess up the next person's page. Do not take more than a single page. Do not dick with other people's pages; a record will be kept to ensure people do not shit on other people's submissions. Please remember to send a picture or scan of your submission to the book keepers if you want to ensure your submission is not vandalized.)
The Law of All:
It came to pass that the Empress decreed in her wisdom that a great Mural should be made for the Glory of Phallos, that He would know the devotion of His people was great indeed. Therefore the First and Second Pages of The Book were consecrated and made holy, and each One was give free reign to praise Phallos upon these Pages as they saw fit. And the Empress bade only that in accordance with the Law of One that no One should besmirch the work of another, lest they be given up to the Tube.
(Each person will make a small addition on exactly one of the following: the First Page or the Second Page of The Book. Please do not write things across the middle. Please do not fuck with other people's stuff. If you want to poke a little fun, you are welcome to do so, but submissions like "I drew a dick on the awesome guy Fedora drew" or "Wiggin is dum hurr hurr" will be largely considered bad form and in poor taste; a record will be kept to ensure people do not shit on other people's submissions. Please remember to send a picture or scan of your submission to the book keepers if you want to ensure your submission is not vandalized.)
The Law of Days:
The Empress made known Her Will in the first days of The Book, that each One should prove their worth in service to Phallos, and the multitudes must cry out to Him and be heard, and that they whose cry first reached the ear of Phallos would be blessed and that the One before them should deliver unto the other The Book. So too it was decreed in those days that any One who did not Pass The Book unto the following One upon the tenth day of Its keeping would be given up to the Tube, having done dishonor unto Phallos.
(The Book will be passed from forumer to forum in the same way as Desktop Hulk. That is, when a person receives The Book, they will post in the thread that they have it. Exactly 48 hours after that post (if the post was made at 05:47 am on Wednesday calls for The Book will be open at 05:47 am on Friday: posts made at 05:46 am will be disqualified), whoever calls for the book first will be the next recipient.
If you cannot afford to send the book to an international forumer, you must say so in the thread. The first person willing to foot the bill to send to an international forumer may then ask for the book. The original recipient will then have 10 days to send The Book to this "benefactor", who will send the book to the International recipient 10 days after receiving The Book. Normal rules will resume from there.)

And it came to pass that the Empress made known to Her people that the work of each One was a solemn prayer unto Phallos, and should not be spoken of in the street nor the temple until The Book be delivered at last unto the Khoo, High Priest of Phallos and Keeper of The Book.

Someone explain this to me
Basically, we have a notebook. We take this notebook, and send it to each other. Each person that receives the notebook draws a doodle in it. When you are done, you then send it on to the next person.
Basically, the notebook is mailed person to person, and each person draws something in it.
