Fajitas. Delicious food lego.

Gordon Ramsey was on Leno tonight, and they made some form of juicy fajita roll ups while Dustin Hoffman threw meat towards the audience. Fajitas have always been a "do it yourself" kind of food where the components come together in a cornucopia of taste sensation. There's so many possible variations that you can never truly be sick of them. Toasted, fluffy, spicy, sweet, fruity, grilled, peppered with loving hands and loaded with limitless ingredients.

Just look at this. Mmmm...

Then there's REAL candy lego, but it doesn't stay together or do what you'd expect and it tastes worse than anyone could hope unless they love chalkless chalk.

Play with your food in here.

Stuffing meats with tasty filling is never a bad decision. Corn seems like it'd be too separate from the chops though compared to an injection.

Well, it was stuffing with corn mixed in. Lemme think, it has bread crumbs, onions, parsley, sage, milk, and eggs.

That's a better, and tasty sounding stuffing. Do you have any signature dishes you make?

Every week I do a slow cooker meal, tacos and salsa, baked pasta, one new meal, and something that I can easily make like katsu chicken or sloppy joes. Then there's a night of leftovers and a night of eating out.

New meal night must be fun at the very least. Ever make a complete catastrophe?

You're imagining shit. I usually feel EVERYTHING, even ones that I shouldn't be able to feel. Unless by some odd coincidence that it struck exactly the moment I was adjusting my position in bed.

Edit: I can't feel shit that happens in Berkeley.

Oh God fajitas are awesome. I love just having a pretty basic mix of spiced chicken, onion, red pepper and huge amounts of salsa.

Anything else just seems like a waste when it tastes so good.

Not yet. I messed up some burgers that ended up lackluster, but not a catastrophe. You should try making peanut butter cookies with mini Reese's in the middle. They're awesome.

You'd think that'd defeat the purpose of the candy but DAMN it's nice.

Do you ever try things with really fancy exotic crazy ingredients?

Not really. I cook to save money, so that would defeat the purpose.

Oh god, my dog just farted so loudly.
