Odd Uninstall Problem

Im having a little problem uninstaling Hitman Blood Money, every time i attempt it i get this error message

so anyone had this problem or know how to resolve it?

    Seems like a lot of people are having similar problems. Did you manually delete any files from the game by any chance?

    no ive not touched anything on it. some people have said its a problem with the no cd crack but im not using it :(
