Alright, so I bought some spanakopita yesterday, which I got cold. Can I heat it up or is it supposed to be served cold/room temperature?

Yes, it is supposed to be served/eaten hot. You can eat it cold, but it's better hot ;D

    hot tastes way better

I vote against a microwave btw, makes them uber soggy which is just sad. Toaster oven, fry them quick to reheat (fairly low heat), oven, or eat them cold. the sogginess just isn't worth it

    This.
Although toasting/oven can kind of dry them out too. If they're leftover, I'd just go with cold.
