Stencil on black foamboard with some hand-painted bits. And the gray is just camera glare on a couple bits of white acrylic paint. The sky should all be one color in varying brightness, but that got slightly borked too from the camera.

The story behind the painting: My friend Alex is moving from here to Huntsville, which kinda sucks. Since she likes Goth-y/emo-y romantic stuff in decent quantities, and I love Dan Kim's art, I put two and two together and got some amazingly useful stencil practice while feeling good about something otherwise depressing.
