The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
I put the file in Audacity and I'll mess around with it for a while to try and bump up the volume, but if someone could tell me on here it'd probably save me some time.
MP3Gain is a good program for doing batch volume equalising. It doesn't alter the MP3 either so you don't need to worry about it messing with your music.
You have to be careful doing this though because it can cause electronic distortion, which is really ugly. Have to watch the wave form and make sure that its peaks aren't getting cut off by the top/bottom of the range when you're amplifying. If you want to get more hardcore you can use a compressor or limiter filter to reduce said peaks and then amplify the volume.
