psp video converting

I'm trying to convert .flv files from the interwebs and stick them on my psp. I'm trying to get the 480x272 resolution video which I keep hearing about that I can view with my updated firmware. However, the programs I'm using aren't working. Any good ones out there? Also, why does search suck so bad?

    Yeah, psp video 9 just stopped working. I managed to convert one file and no now more...go figure.

    Well, here's the thing, I've found stuff that says firmware 3.30 and above can play 480x272. However, I can't seem to get mine to play it.

    It's in the root videos folder? Waiting on a PSP charging cable to get shipped to me so I can't give you any hands on help
