Sometimes getting "Open with..." windows

In Firefox, I just got a couple "Open with/Save to disk" windows when clicking a thread (for viewtopic), and after posting when it tried to reload the thread.

Just me?

    I've been getting this as well today.

    I'm using firefox and on occasion it will bring up the download box asking if I want to download "viewtopic.php".
