...anyone interested in a one month trial key for iRacing?
http://www.iracing.com/
I was "selected" via email for a one month trial, and I was emailed a key to sign up.
Great, I thought!
What?
What's that?
It costs $20?
You're kidding.
$20 for a trial/beta/whatever?
No thanks.
Don't get me wrong...I understand they're not selling a game, they're billing this as a high-end simulator-slash-training tool for real drivers.
I'm just not interested enough to drop $20 on a trial.
Anyway, if anyone else is a hardcore simracer looking to try this out, and you're willing to shell out $20 to do so, I'd be happy to give you my key.
Dear Fellow Racer:
You are cordially invited to join iRacing.com. Take advantage of this exclusive offer and you can be among the first to experience iRacing’s motorsport simulation and internet racing service!
It will still be a while before we open our doors to the general public, but you’ve either been nominated by one of our former beta testers or been selected from our public site registrants database for this exclusive offer to join iRacing.com for a one-month trial subscription before our general launch.
Your subscription includes the basic content – both cars and tracks – necessary to participate in the iRacing Rookie Oval Series (Legends ’34 Ford; Lowe's Motor Speedway, Lanier National Speedway, Oxford Plains Speedway and South Boston Speedway) and the Rookie Road Racing Series (Pontiac Solstice; Lime Rock Park, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca and Summit Point Motorsports Park.)
You’ll have virtually unlimited track time and numerous opportunities to race each day. And, if you choose, you can test a variety of other cars and tracks (additional fees may apply).
Post here, and I'll PM you the info. I have one trial key, first interested party gets it.
I'll be afk for a bit, check back later.
