I know a bunch of USA forumers really wanted to pick up Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland back when it came out, but because UK games are much more expensive than USA games, and the cost of international shipping, it would have cost $60+. It was initially PAL/Japan exclusive, and I know some people waited for a USA release, but it never materialised.
UK retailer Shopto has just put it on clearance for £7.99. Plus around £4.11 for international shipping, I make that $24 delivered to the USA.

I never got around to picking it up, though I played a friends copy for a while. It was really funny, and very cynical. Lots of funny references to the Zelda series. I might pick it up now actually...
