Freelancer sells for £4.25 on Amazon.
Wait for 2. Most of the 1 content will be available for download, and all the DLC will be compatible. You'll also get better instruments.

I think the cheapest way to get it is to get it from PC World.
Get them to pricematch Zavvi for the game, should come to £37.80.
Then get them to pricematch Tesco for the Band in a Box, should come to £97.97
Total of £135.77.
Although I agree with Willeth, waiting for Rock Band 2 might be a better option now, even if you just do it for the (hopefully) big discounts that will be made on the Rock Band 1 instruments/game.
Edit: Also,
Lost Odyssey, Xbox 360 - £7.99 delivered
Gears of War, Xbox 360 - £7.99 delivered
Tomb Raider: Underworld, PC - £23.51 delivered
Student discount is available on that too
Is it possible to find Professor Layton cheap?
USA version...
£12 delivered, if you don't mind used.

I'll let you know how quick they are.
Youtube Channel!
If they can be bought new for £8 it's no longer worth it
That's what I'm thinking, and I've not bought a guitar hero styled game since guitar hero 1! I know there's options/imports/ps3 version etc, but you know atm I'm lazy and don't care. I appreciate people letting me know though
I got mine from Game.co.uk

You get tons of 'goodies' as well. Along with Lewie's £3 pound off deal its not half bad.
Youtube Channel!
It says it can't copy it all.
I take it this means that I can't play my VC games on anyone else's Wii. And that I can't store my VC games on my SD to save space on my Wii. o_O
Yeah sucks dont it...the only thing I use my SD card for is the Brawl replays.
Youtube Channel!
Then what the crap is the point in having an SD card for your Wii in the first place??
I mean, it's the VC games that take up the majority of the space!
Custom soundtrack in excite truck.
Not at all, Nice find cheers!
You can copy VC games to an SD card but you can't play them from there. You have to copy them back to your Wii's memory. You also obviously can't play them on another Wii as that would be piracy.
But the real answer to your question:
An SD card is for homebrew.

Yes, playing your own game on a different console is piracy.
That much is reasonable I agree, but with that limitation taken out there'd be nothing to stop you copying the game to a different sd card and letting that person have a copy. I can't really think of a way of getting around it for Nintendo to be honest.

Damn you Amazon!
Better yet even, the game is completely sold out. I'm getting a refund, sure, but I just want the game
Also, I just wanted to show off my new camera, sorry :P
You got a Gamecube? Just that version of Killer 7 is so much better than the PS2 one with the load times and all. The price is a little more, but if you can afford it go for it.
Game have produced a "Summer Edition - Trade in Guide" for pre-owned stuff across the store.
I picked one up whilst shopping recently. They are free and should be on the counter if you are passing your store.
Alternately, http://www.game.co.uk/tradein/ has a downloadable document with the same information and less marketing pages!
I figure it is always useful to be armed with this sort of information when you are trying to compare what you will get for your old games at different places.
Also, I don't know how much of this is common knowledge, but I was in town today and apparently a lot of Blockbuster stores are going to have a games wing installed over the next few months, starting in September I believe. According to the bloke, after they sold Gamestation to GAME, they had a lot of areas that they turned into Blockbuster Games, and it's been so popular that they're rolling it out across all the stores they can. So there's that.

Blockbuster already have some really low prices for their ex-rental stuff, so more of the same could be coming if they increase the amount of games they stock.
