I knew a guy who spent a few months living on a houseboat in the Baltimore harbor, doing coke, fucking a Venezualan girl, and teaching children how to sail
He said it was the worst smelling place he'd ever encountered

I saw a documentary on IFC (I think, might have been Sundance channel?) about some LARPers in Baltimore.
everyone in Baltimore is a LARPer playing The Wire: The Official Role Playing Game.

All you B'more haters can lick my rosy red asshole. Baltimore's problems get blown way out of propotion. Yes, Baltimore has a gang-violence problem, a bad one. But see, here's the thing, if you are not in a gang you are pretty much left alone.
Here is another fact, Baltimore's murder rate is WAY down this year, something like a 30% drop. We are talking the most quiet its been since the 70's, MEANWHILE cities like St. Louis, Detroit, New Orleans, Philadelphia and DC have been far more violent this year.
Rolling Stone named Baltimore the country's best music scene, albeit for all the wrong reasons. Housing is cheap and the people are friendly, so long as you are not a festering asshole.
The Wire was a great show, but it was a show! You could have set that show in any major American city. I guess NYC is full of pedophiles and rapists because SVU is set there huh?
I live in Baltimore, I teach here (yes just like the wire!) and the only thing that has happened to me is get smiles and handshakes from students and parents I see as I walk through the city and go to the occasional ballgame.
I don't get why you faggots are so scared of Baltimore. I go up there all the time and I haven't been raped or mugged yet. There are some persistent pan-handlers though.

I have a question, and this is important...have you ever raped or mugged anyone in Baltimore?

making families feel even more threatened.

Our homeless are like cannibals, but instead of human flesh they eat alcohol
nah, they're at least decent this year
I can't believe I never went when I lived in the area, it's basically a big shrine to all the pop culture bullshit I hold dear
