Help me name an MMO character...

Ok, I bought a copy of City of Heroes/City of Villans for me and my ex, and we're having a good time with it. We want to switch over to the server that Penny Arcade is using, but my character name isn't available.
His name is General Counsel, and basically he's an evil attorney. I was originally going to go with The Barrister, but that wasn't available. General Counsel has really grown on me, though. I'd like a name that is keeping with a legal theme, but the obvious things (Attorney General, The Barrister, The Solicitor, etc) are gone. I don't want anything too inside that people won't know what it's referring to (Res Ipsa Locquitor, International Shoe, Exclusion Rule, etc).
So, any ideas?

I'll try this when I get home. If it's not taken, this will probably be it. I'm still open to hearing other suggestions, as Atticus Lynch ran a close second. Habeas Corpus would be good for a hero, but I want names that just scream evil.

Or perhaps Legal Aide (sort of a pun on legal aid), Motion2 Dismiss, or failing that, perhaps a famous case name.
