Appraising Items

So, my uncle has a few items he'd like to have appraised in some fashion.
The best I can find so far is an ebay auction.
The three items in question are all cast collectibles from International Harvester's old Louisville Plant.
-A brass bicentinniel bell
-A cadet
-A bear
I've found the bell and cadet here http://stores.ebay.com/Caroles-Southern-Star_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZ1QQfsubZ0QQftidZ2QQpZ4QQtZkm
but ebay is not the best appraisal service I would think.
Anyone have any suggestions?
