Recommend me a Wireless Router

MonkeydryeMonkeydrye Registered User regular
I currently have a linksys. Has been ok, but my PSN downloads are dog slow, sometimes my MMORPG's get bogged, and we won't even talk about torrents.

So, tell me a good router for PSN, gaming, and P2P.

Thanks gang.

I concur, and add an amendment specifying Tomato.

I agree on the Tomato suggestion, but lots of people like to whine about DD-WRT, OpenWRT, or other stuff, so I just leave it up to Google.

Either that or they buy a non-GL version with 8MB RAM/2MB flash, and then QQ when they brick it trying to install Tomato.

How easy is it to install? I have looked at others and they were a pain.

If you want a good router with a simple set-up, go with Apple's Airport Extreme Base Station.

It took 5 minutes to install DD-WRT when I did it yesterday on that exact router. Just follow the directions on the site for your router and your good to go.
