Important Question! (Attendance Cap?)

Is there a cap on attendance? I live near Vancouver and was booking a hotel for this weekend but before I did that, i was wondering If I will even be able to get in. Pre-reg is over and it would be horrible to get there and not be allowed in, especially since I cant make it till 5! (hopefully I dont miss the first panel!)

So seeing as I am a bit nervous, How likely will it be that I am able to get in?

Standard Action, it's a webseries.

Uh, good question. As far as I know there is none, and I'm pretty sure there is none. I think the main problem would be the sheer number of people in attendance. I heard it was projected at 17k this year. I have no official information, so you ought ask around. PM a mod.

You can try Doc, Echo, or Robert Khoo. They should be able to give some help. I'm relatively new here aswell, so we're in the same boat (almost). Hope you get yoru question answered, and hopefully see you at PAX.

Yah, I really hope I make it there.

And Okay, Lets keep an eye out for eachother. With over 10 thousand people and not knowing what the other looks like, lets just call this one a challange... I like challanges.

in case anyone was wondering, I already got a reply. Here is the answer:

"There is no general attendence cap, but expect a long-ass wait in line."

Hahaha, yeah those lines aren't gonna be fun. Luckily, you can attend PAX without attendance worries! As for looking out for each other, I think asking every person "Are you Sumi from the PA forums?" would be kinda frustrating. Maybe by some miracle we'll see each other at PAX and everything will go into slow motion and we will know. We will know. But, like you said, "I like challenges" :)

TONIGHT ON Q13 FOX NEWS AT 10:

Randy Pinkwood: The Bellevue Fire Marshall was found incapacitated after a vicious drive-by Nerfing. This gruesome event was captured by an amatuer on video.

(Shaky video shows DocZero's bus full of WCSTers leaning out windows yelling w00t PAX! while loosing barrages of Nerf darts.)

Randy Pinkwood: The fire marshall is expected to recover, but if you thought that was impressive, wait'll ya get a load of my amatuer video...
