What was that game? #9,001 (solved!)

So way back in ancient times there was a game that came on the windows 95 disk (might have been 98). It was a hover/bumper car game where you had to capture a bunch of flags before your computer opponents got theirs. It was set to some slow electronic music. I recall there being lot of obstacles and power-ups.

There was also another game on the disk with fighters set in the future. The plane's computer spoke. I think both of these were demos.

Any ideas?

Yay, nostalgia. Now to find out what the other one is.

My win95 disk is downstairs, but it has sat in a hot garage for years. I don't care to find out whether or not the resulting disk will ruin my DVD drive justs to get the name. :D

I remember that game, you would HOVER your HOVER car throughout this maze, just HOVERING, playing against many other HOVER cars that would be HOVERING.
I think it was called.. The Car That Always Levitated

I believe the game was Speed.

I *think* the other one is either Fury3 or Hellbender.

I must have had a tiny monitor back then, because the Hover! window seems so much tinier than I remember.
