Amazon Shipping Delay

I ordered two books from Amazon on July 6th. It has now been over 2 weeks since I ordered and I have received neither book. One has shipped, but I haven't gotten it, and the other hasn't even been shipped yet.

The one that has been shipped is from ---superbookdeals and the one that hasn't shipped is from Amazon LLC.

At this point, what should I do?

I was thinking about canceling the unshipped order and waiting for the shipped one.

    Sounds like you might have ordered from the Amazon Marketplace by mistake. If it ships from Amazon themselves, they usually give you a tracking number. My experience with the marketplace items is that they typically come quickly or take a long time to arrive. For the unshipped item, does it have an estimated shipping date?

    I think anything ordered from Amazon LLC can be cancelled before it ships. It may have gone out of stock before the order was completed. I've always had really good luck with Amazon shipping--even the free "super-saver" shipping usually gets to me in two days.

    For the one that shipped, the third party resellers all use different methods of shipping. You should have gotten an email saying where to direct questions to.

    First of all, thanks for the replies, guys.

    Secondly, the shipped book arrived today.

    Delboz, no, the Amazon LLC one has a tracking number and I can change the address and payment method, but it doesn't have a date.
    Also, if your avatar has anything to do with Discworld, that is weird because I ordered the second two Science of Discworld books.
