Help me find...the perfect cell phone

I had a a T-mobile Dash two months ago and unfortunately something happened to the screen. We went to a t-mobile place where they told us that they stopped selling the Dash because a lot of people had issues with it. So now this has led me to find another cell phone to fit my needs.
Basic needs:
- full keyboard
- instant messaging (AIM, MSN really that's it)
- Camera (but not really necessary)
- I would assume internet access would be a given considering I need instant messaging
- It has to be within $200 frame
I wanted to get the Blackberry Curve Pale Gold but they originally cost $499 then comes the instant discount and mail-in rebate. I didn't get the instant discount on my Dash, but that's not really the point. If they sold older models of the Blackberry like that then I'd be set but not through t-mobile. Any places that also sell sim card free cell phones?
