Online Dynasty mode for NCAA Football 09 Not Working

I just bought NCAA Football 09 and have been playing for several hours. Now I went to try and play Dynasty mode online and it won't let me. It says An Xbox LIVE Membership limitation does not allow you to use this feature. But I have a 12 month Gold membership with 10 months still left in it. So, somebody please tell me what I'm missing.

    According to that Kotaku link, the game's got issues which might not be on your end.

    You have to sign up with EASportsworld if you have not.

    Found a fix for this myself. If your account went from silver to gold, recover it, then try. Should work. Also, make sure member content is set to everyone.

    This can be locked.
