Hotdog Fairy: REBORN

After PAINSTAKING HOURS (read: 10 minutes) of photoshop tabletting (if that really is a verb), I have made Hotdog Fairy. I used the Youtube video of Gabe (Well, I'll call you Gabe ) drawing the fairy, copying from eye and screencapping, stretching out the picture of the video for each corresponding part and sketching over it. It's not perfect, but I think I did an okay job.

Man, I fucking couldn't get in. I tried waiting in an overflow line, but then they reached capacity and pretty much told everyone that we were all SOL. At least I finally got into the Exhibitor Hall.

Actually, the system is that you leave assorted condiments under your pillow, and she leaves money, or ocassionally food court coupons.

All I remember is that the hot dog fairy leaves sausage slices by your computer, luring you to it.

And eh, since you're there, you'll notice notebook has a script in it. Might as well draw the comic.

Someone asked how to get his lazy artist to work, and Tycho told a story about how he used to microwave hot dogs, chop them up, and put them by Gabe's computer. Gabe would sniff 'em out, and once he found them, Tycho'd say something along the lines of "Hey, now that you're at the computer, I do have a script up for you. I mean, you're already over there."

At this point in the panel, Gabe turned to Tycho and says, "That was you? You told me it was the Hot Dog Fairy," which evolved into this.

That's pretty funny, they should definitely do a comic about that. Of course, Tycho will have to leave some more sausages by the computer, making a paradox.

Someone asked during the second panel if they could put the hotdog fairy in Friday's comic, and Gabe said he'd try. So keep an eye out a few days from now.

...I'm wondering if there are any photos on the web of 'final form' Tycho with all his crazy fixins. My insane S.O. wants me to draw up cosplay plans for it >.>

I believe the third panel of today's (Wed) comic features a t-shirt-ized hot dog fairy.

I drew a low quality version of this at the end of my shift at work yesterday. I stapled it into the "Staff Communications Book", so my fellow employees will think I'm that little bit stranger than they did before.

I thought that particular word was stronger, and I was in total agreement. Comical renditions of hotdogs with magical powers are totally the key to a better body and more endurance.
