Learning the Blues Harp

I got a harmonica recently- a Hohner Golden Melody in the key of C- because I wanted to learn how to play a musical instrument and I love the Blues and harmonicas are insanely portable and low maintenance.

I looked up a few videos on YouTube, but they're kind of vague and don't touch on more than a few topics, so I was wondering where I could find beginner instruction on harmonica playing and generally all things harmonica. Preferably free resources, but I'm also willing to put a little green forward.

Find the Paul Butterfield Teaches the Blues book and CD combo. It is a little light on the beginning technique, but stick with it and you'll pick it up. I think he plays a C harp in most of it, but you will eventually (soon) want A and E harps. Also, if you want to stick with Hohner, try out the Special 20 or Marine Band harps. If you don't mind branching out, try Lee Oskar's. They are all fairly cheap and it is a good idea to experiment.

I haven't found any good, free resources online, but I haven't looked that hard.
