Bug Report: Forum Not Found?

Basically, whenever I go to EE, CYOA, H&A, or the Bug forums, I get "page not found". This is happening with all the computers in my house, as well, so it's an IP thing I'm betting.
Fowarding this from Dark Lord since he can't access this forum because of the problem. Apparently this appeard after the instability and server outage.
He can still be reached by PM if you need more details.

The IP address of Penny-Arcade changed from
"66.220.21.11" to "66.205.194.8". I suppose it is possible that he is not getting the correct DNS resolution some times. But for it to be consistent to a couple of particular portions of the website makes no sense. But all the same, he could try adding the line:
to his \WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS file. That might help. He could also look through his cookies and delete any from penny-arcade. I don't really know how it could affect him in the way he is reporting, but phpBB does give you some cookies to track your session, I believe. So it wouldn't hurt to wipe those out.
I'll copy this message to his PM box as well, but I wanted to post it in case he ends up unable to get his PMs but you can still contact him other ways.
I wouldn't recommend this. It's what I did with the old address, because I sometimes had trouble resolving www.penny-arcade.com. Let's just say it took me a couple of days to figure out why I couldn't access PA...
Don't break the DNS yourself, it happens often enough.

It should be fine as a tempoary change until the new IP propogates through all the DNS caches.
They need to hury up and come up with a system for invalidating stale DNS addresses.

I added that line, cleared my cookies, and manually changed my Ip... and it worked!
Thanks Ramius!
