Oh, I can. But Yahoo! sets a cap on how many leagues can hold a Live Draft at once. Unfortunately, 4pm PDT was no longer available. The latest Friday time was 1pm.

    Yeah, Yahoo's weird like that.

Actually, they release openings in bunches; they'll have a batch of slots open, then they'll fill up, then they'll quietly release another group of slots for all the good times.

But if it's this Friday, you're probably out of luck.

Also, since I joined, there's an odd number of teams, and Yahoo won't let you draft without an even number of teams. (Don't ask me why.)

1pm on Friday's going to be difficult...

Yahoo! doesn't allow an odd number of teams because then some teams will have more byes than others.

OK. So, Yahoo! apparently opened up more times, and I was able to change the Live Draft to 5pm PDT, Friday, September 1. This had better work for everyone, because so far as I can tell, it's the fairest time there is.

Wow...I never thought we'd get this many teams. Despite my general apathy toward football, I'm pretty excited about this. Please take a quick look, and verify that the scoring method is satisfactory. Otherwise, it looks like we're pretty much ready to go.

So guys, should I lock it at 16? That will keep things even, and guarantee that we'll be ready for the draft on Friday?

    Kurt Warner 1st pick m i rite?

I actually have Warner as my number 2 QB in one of my leagues. If he stays healthy he has some awesome weapons at wideout to target.

I would recommend locking it at 16, but thats just me. As it is the draft will take 2 hours and the parity in the league is going to be extreme due to the large pool of drafters.

For fuck's sake, the guy started 221 consecutive games. Just because his age is starting to show doesn't mean that he isn't eight times tougher than everyone in SE++ welded together.

Yeah i've avoided other QBs for the same reason. Normally I take Byron Leftwich as a backup but this year I treated him like he had SARS.

I just want to get my hands on a decent RB for this league. In my other leagues the best i've gotten has been Tiki Barber and Reggie Bush. Goddamn late round picks.

Dunn has worked out well for me in previous years. I already have my eye set on a few lower ranked RBs if I get a bad position.

I think he might have a surprisingly good season, if Arizona's offense can coalesce (and remain healthy...*cough cough*).

FUCK YOU! He cares plenty. Football is all that he cares about. He had a bad season because everyone else that was even moderately talented on Green Bay was injured last season. He was the only playmaker and probably figured that throwing a interception 60 yards down field within the 10 yard line is better than punting it through the back of the endzone the very next play.

The problem isn't Farve it's the Packers. If Jevon Walker says that he would happily play with Farve again just not in Green Bay even after Farve's poorest season, that ought to tell you something.
