Installed XP Service Pack 3, Custom XP theme borked

So I installed the new Service Pack 3 with the Microsoft auto download manager and after it restarted my beautiful Custom XP Theme (Areao4.2) was gone and replaced by the regular Windows 98 gray, boxy theme. Is there any way to fix this?
