Wii doesn't turn on

Hi guys,
I tried to turn on my Wii today to play it. It turns on, my TV's video flickered, and the screen is just black. The remotes don't connect. No sound, no further video, nothing. Wii won't turn off from remotes, or the power button. Only turns off from power button when I hold it for like 10 seconds. Reset doesn't work. Eject works, blue disc works.
Any ideas on what this could be? We've been playing Smash Bros and Mario Kart recently. No modifications or homebrew. Wii's technical support is closed right now. It's a launch day Wii, so no warranty.
