weird lump in my earlobe

alright so like a month ago i stretched out my earlobe piercings to 8 gauge and stuck some plugs in there. i think they healed fine but i was cleaning my jewelry this morning and i noticed this lump on my right ear, directly to the left of my piercing, by my face. what is it? it's not red and my ear isn't swollen, but the lump is kind of tender to the touch.

    It could be scarring, but it could also be one of those skin cysts. I have one of those in my earlobe that flares up irregularly and then shrinks down to nothing again. Give it a week and see if it changes size.

    Just make sure to wash your ears. It probably is a cyst.
