ITT someone gets banned completely unfairly purely at the whims of the populace.

The first phase in nominations. The better you justify your claim the better the chance of getting your candidate on the ballot. Go.

    this isn't the vote, it's the nominations. You can nominate as many people as you want but if you don't justify them none of them will get on the ballot
