I am a big fan of adult swim. But I'm a really big fan of old school adult swim. Old school adult swim is coming back August 22nd and staying on Fridays for the forseeable future:

The lineup:

11:00-11:30 = The Brak Show (x2 episodes)
11:30-12:00 = Harvey Birdman (x2)
12:00-12:30 = Sealab 2021 (x2)
12:30-01:00 = Oblongs (x1)
01:00-01:30 = Home Movies (x1)
01:30-02:00 = Space Ghost Coast 2 Coast (x2)
02:00-02:30 = Stupid anime nobody cares

Awesome! Oh yes.

    I enjoy all of those but the brak show.

    Anyone remember that weird, random animation show on MTV? It was years ago, and keep trying to think of the name but can't.

    I watch Adult Swim pretty much for Venture Bros and Home Movies these days.

    I miss their old bumps as well.

    Kablam was pretty good.

    And yeah, I will be watching all of those shows except the anime. I truly enjoy this lineup.

    Oh and it looks like they'll have the old bumps, too, as the commercial for it had the old stuff.

    Adult Swim is on the Comedy Channel for some reason down here.

    And only on monday nights

    and only for 90 minutes

    It used to be on Cartoon Network friday - sunday I don't know what the hell happened.

    Oh shit, I just remembered another anime they had... Yu Yu Hakusho! They were on a roll of showing new episode after new episode, then stopped. Then I found out it was moved to Toonami. I completely lost interest after that since they censored the swearing and I didn't care about re-adjusting to the new time slots.

    Pretty sure we are specifically talking about the anime they are planning on showing. Which is Inuyasha. Which sucks, a lot. They should throw some Outlaw Star back in.

    Man Outlaw Star would have a pretty strong nostalgia factor but I don't know if I could take the dubbing. It was so awful. Cowboy Bebop, on the other hand, was first class.

    I thought they only just stopped showing Inuyasha a few months ago. Bebop has been gone much longer,

    Then again they only recently stopped showing Oblongs on weeknights

    well yeah they've probably been showing inuyasha consistently for about half a decade now. bebop was i think only on a lot for like 3 years?

    but my point was that inuyasha is generally crap and bebop is excellent
