What type of pants is Tycho wearing?

I've seen this style before, but I know there's a word for them. I'm talking about his pants in the game, with the big poofy parts coming out around the thigh area - anyone know the name of them?

    I believe they were called 'Knickerbockers'

    I would stick with knicker bockers cause just knickers sounds more like he's wearing women's underwear, which....I don't know. He could be. But I really don't find that's any of our buisness!
