Pretty straightforward title, I know.
Info is pretty scarce as this game is still a whole year off, but here's the skinny: Joker (rumors abound that he's voiced in-game by Mark Hammil) has purposefully allowed himself to be captured to get access to Arkham, and once inside he escaped, trying to access a dark secret from Arkham's past. Paul Dini wrote the game, which draws exclusively from the entire 70 year run of the hero's comics. Dini also said that, since this is supposed to be the penultimate Batman game, the voice cast should be of similar quality, which to me means the cast of Batman: The Animated Series.
Among the villains confirmed to appear in the game are Zsazs or whatever, The Joker, and Killer Croc, but Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, The Riddler, Penguin, Two-Face and many other comic a-listers are expected to appear, along with other lesser-known villains.
Despite a T rating, the game's theme is expectedly and thankfully dark, the inside of the Asylum itself a hellish, gritty nightmare. And really, when it houses "patients" like Two-Face and the Joker, what else would you expect?

Because most of the time when someone describes something as the ultimate *blank* experience they don't mean best they mean last. It doesn't have any implication other than the straight dictionary definition right?
