PC/Mac Trade?

I'll make this as short and as to-the-point as I can.

I saw a mac commercial where that hippy asshole guy says you can trade your PC for a mac at any um...what the fuck are they called..."I-store"s?

Is this true? My google searches only bring irrelevant forum and blog posts.

    Maybe they meant 'trade in' as in 'you stop using your PC, and buy a mac at full retail and use that instead'?

    They'll totally trade you. Just make sure your pc tower is filled with $1,199.

    This is shaping up poorly at best. Although it is maybe a bit humorous. Seriously though, no one else is even familiar with the claim they made that they'll do it?

    Edit: You know something occured to me. Why don't I just call the fucking apple store?

    Besides that note though I've actually been doing a bit more searching and heard that Apple has subcontracted a Texas based recycling company. And has also trademarked the word 'junkyard.'

    Or something like that. Also it seems that they're actually doing this in the UK as we (I) speak.

    They definitely do not do this. Though I sure wish they did...then I'd get my 2500 bucks back >.<

    I think I saw that commercial. What he says is you can just bring in your PC to the Apple "genius" and they will transfer your files onto your new mac for free. I never thought the hard part with mac was getting your pictures from your pc to the mac. The hard part was parting with a large amount of cash for the new mac.
