Cancelling an order from the EA store.

So I pre-ordered warhammer online off of the EA store today in the hopes of getting a beta opt in code to take advantage of this weekend's preview. After digging around a bit I found out that I won't get that code for 3-10 days, which renders the whole thing moot. So I go into the account page and look about, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to cancel my order. The closest I found were some arcane directions that I found in their terms of service or whatnot that described a process that I didn't think was reasonably possible.
So uhh. Anyonw ever cancelled an order from the online store? If so, what fucking button do I click to get to it? Do I have to wait a day or two for them to process the order beyond just sending me a confirmation email? Perhaps one of you has a tech support number I could call (which also does not exist on their site)?

Thanks, called the number and it was a labyrinth of BS, I don't think it's physically possible to actually talk to a human over the phone. Guess I'm stuck waiting for their bs email support. Oh boy.
