Need help with loans: URGENT

Alrighty, Back in june I applied for a loan with NextStudent for about 30K. I sent in what was required, and I seem to have been accepted, but I haven't received the loan yet, and the loan manager for the company that i've been talking to tried to reach me several times (the number she calls isn't working properly despite how many times I tell her to call my cell), but every SINGLE time I try to call her back, she's either on the other line, or out of the office (I don't know which one, her answering machine says either or).
Now, the deadline for getting my tuition in has passed, but my school is being very reasonable about it, as the loan is still being processed.
I've called her every couple of hours for the past week trying to get ahold of her, but to no avail.

What I'm asking is, how the hell do I deal with this? AND should I say screw it, and try and get the loan from another company? Is there a loan company that any of you recommend?
I tried Chase and Bank of America, but BoA private studet loans they don't offer anymore for some reason, and Chase doesn't have my school.

Thanks, I appreciate it.

Most of my loans are through Sallie Mae. I haven't had any problems with them, other than the whole owing them money.

Are you talking about an actual answering machine, or voice mail? Because if it's a voice mail system, when you get her box, start hitting 0. That should get you to a receptionist, to whom you should calmly and politely explain what the problem is.

If that doesn't work, try calling someone else at the bank, and explaining to them what's going on, to see if they can put you in touch with someone who can help.

It's a voicemail system, but every time I hit 0, I get sent to ANOTHER voicemail system because all the other loan people are busy. It's driving me nuts, and getting me very anxious.
