PAX AFTER PARTY

Hey guys...as you may or may not have seen, I am throwing after parties everynight but Saturday (thursday, friday, sunday).

Here are the flyers that I have made and will be selectively handing out...but if you wish to rsvp in advance let me know:

How many people?
Are you BYOC'ing?
Are you BYOB'ing?
What nights do you want to attend?

The flyer basically says everything else...except the room number, which I find out on Thursday night when I check in...so email me, and I will give you my number and have you text me...then I'll send everyone the room number once I get it.

Don't plan on getting too rowdy though...but it will most def. be fun!

    Uh... is this your first PAX? Have you done other afterparties during PAX? Because I have this feeling that BYOC to a hotel party is going to be a logistical nightmare. Not to mention you will find that with density, noise will be impossible to control. Even at Sealab, where everybody was completely under control, the noise just couldn't be, and the party was quickly shut down.

    Just an idea, dont give out the number until you are ready for people to be AT your door. *points to guy wearing sealab sign*

    This is true...and I have done pax before, but this is my first afterparty...i guess you're right...hmm.

    maybe...if we do this with notebooks only it'll be easier...but...idk...there's going to be a lot of stuff happening in our suite....and if it gets shutdown, whatever...at least we tried...that just means we have to pay off the security people better on the next night...

    BYOC + booze + party mayhem seems like bad news, logistics aside.

    Recommend forgetting about the BYOC (since there is open play galore at the con) and let the good times roll. :^:

    good call infidel...especially because we'll have computers/rockband there.

    keep posting your ideas/thoughts though...this was sort of last minute...

    Rock Band, booze, etc... good plan. Computers, not so much. I'd encourage people to bring DS's though, and don't promote it to every single person you meet or it's gonna be crowded like mad.

    Ok...so due to precaution and various suggestions, I'm going to do this...

    BYOC - out

    People that want to attend have to present a flyer at the door...with my writing as-to the room number or else it could get too crowded too fast...and I want it to last.

    We have a huge suite...and if we want to utilize this as an after-party spot, we're going to have to maintain control...so forgive me if I sound like a douche...but the last thing I want is people getting into trouble and us getting thrown out of our NICE room...so let's just be smart about it...and you can pm me or email me and I will get you the right info once we get to pax... holey@iconicesports.com

    Ok, so we got a projector...for the wall...it's boss...everything's setup...hopefully get a ton of alcohol tomorrow...but...like I said...we'll need people to present a flyer to get in as we only have limited room each night.

    So...that said...get ahold of me at pax by messaging me via email: tlambert1983@gmail.com OR holey@iconicesports.com and I will email you back my phone number so we can meet up and I can get you a flyer...OK?

    Or you can just pm me here and I'll give it out.
