New Custom Comp

Upon bricking my old computer, I needed a quick desktop computer for homework. I had a cheap and easy custom built for me. It runs extremely fast but when I scroll, its slow as hell. I popped up my device manager so I could see what my video card was (so I could install drivers) and I saw that I have no video card. Not only is it slow when I scroll on internet pages, but in any program, even when I use page up/down. How can I fix this? The laggy scroll is a big eyesore.

Thanks for your help. (My OS is XP Pro)

You've got some kind of video in there, it's likely an Intel integrated card (on the motherboard). Go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download the driver.
