Anyone heading back to the U-dist friday evening?

So in an effort to avoid paying $25+ for parking each day, I'm going to be parking in the U-district and busing downtown. This should work out fine for getting downtown in the afternoon/mid day but I'm worried about getting back to the u-district in the evenings.
I'm wondering if anyone else is heading back that way each night, and if you'd be down to taxi back to save on scratch and not have to wait forever for the buses heading back to the udist.
